●ACCS (Advanced Cylinder Coating System)

我们Sturm提供总包服务，为发动机缸体表面有效的模块化热喷涂解决方案，从等离子表面活化（Activation）通过金属丝（RSW）或者金属粉（APS）的涂层工艺到最终的发动机缸体清洗以及自动缸体测量（CI）。

Sturm集团作为欧洲最大的制动盘表面涂装设备供应商，响应欧标7，在经典刹车盘涂装业务上开发制动盘摩擦表面激光熔覆设备，使制动盘具有持久防腐耐磨保护层。

Sturm热喷涂技术都分别集成了，自动缸体检测（CI-Cylinder Inspector）,自动制动表面检测（DI-Disc Inspector）和自动涂层优化技术（CO-Coating Optimizer ）。

Thermal Surface Technology

Sturm offer a turnkey service for the most effective modular thermal coating solution for engine block surfaces, from the plasma surface activation through the wire (RSW) or powder (APS) coating process to the final engine block cleaning and automated cylinder inspection (CI).

●ADCS (Advanced Disc Coating System)

The Sturm Gruppe, as Europe's largest supplier of brake disc surface coating equipment, has responded to Euro 7 by developing a laser coating system for the friction surfaces of brake discs in the classic brake disc coating business. The result is a long-lasting, corrosion and wear-resistant protective coating for brake discs.

Sturm's thermal surface technology is integrated with automatic cylinder inspection (CI-Cylinder Inspector), automatic disc surface inspection (DI-Disc Inspector) and automatic coating optimization (CO-Coating Optimizer).
